I had the pleasure of helping 50 families buy or build a home with THI Builders in the last few years and they’ve been incredible to work with! They are locally owned and do care about their clients. They have, however, made changes since I have moved on. Definitely make sure you know what all is included standard vs an upgrade with the new management in place. Get everything in writing. Buyers will need to stay on top of communication throughout the process — especially anything related to design choices or conversations regarding design finishes.
